ISES has just completed creation of an asset Life Cycle Model for The Lovett School, a private, coeducational, college-preparatory day school in Atlanta for grades K-12. The LCM delivered a 50-year projection of building component replacements, allowing Lovett to better manage the Total Cost of Ownership to best support its overall mission.
